Accommodations

The hotel room block at the Rochester Marriott Mayo Clinic Area, which is connected via sky bridge to Mayo Civic Center, is sold out.

Walking Directions

You can access Mayo Civic Center from the Rochester Marriott using the temperature-controlled skyway.

Take the Marriott elevator down to the Subway Level, follow signs to the U.S. Bank Building, and take the elevator up to the Skyway Level. Cross over to the Breckenridge Building, through Rosa Parks Pavillion, across to the Doubletree/U of Minnesota building, through 1st Street ramp, cross over to the Civic Center ramp and into Mayo Civic Center. The walk is approximately 3 blocks and takes 7–10 minutes. The skyway is open daily, 5:30 a.m.–midnight, including weekends and holidays.

Mayo Civic Center is also a 3-block walk outside, straight down 2nd Street SE.

Food options at the event will be limited due to COVID-19-related serving policies. Ingredients will be labelled to support individuals with allergies, and vegetarian options will be available. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to ASHA. On the day of the event, do not attend if you test positive for COVID-19, have any symptoms, or feel unwell. There is no COVID-19 vaccination requirement to attend this event, and masks are recommended but not required. If local mask requirements change, we may update the policy.
