Directions to the National Office

The ASHA National Office is closed due to COVID-19 and staff are working remotely. Please contact the Action Center for questions or assistance.

The National Office is conveniently located near all three of the region's major airports. Reagan National airport is located 24 miles from the new headquarters. Dulles and BWI airports are located 27 miles and 40 miles away, respectively.

How to get to the ASHA National Office

Driving Directions

Via the Washington Capital Beltway

Take Interstate 270 North (Exit 35) toward Frederick. Then take Exit 6B to merge onto MD-28/West Montgomery Avenue toward Darnestown. Turn right onto Research Boulevard. Make a left into the ASHA National Office at 2200 Research Boulevard.

Public Transportation

The ASHA National Office is accessible by public transportation. The following information is subject to change by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) or Ride On. It is suggested that you confirm your itinerary with the WMATA Trip Planner before departure.

From Rockville Metro Station

Take the Metro Red Line to Rockville Metro Station. From there, take Ride On Bus 54 towards Lakeforest Mall (Monday-Sunday) or take Ride On Bus 63 towards Shady Grove Station (Monday-Friday).

From Shady Grove Metro Station

Take the Metro Red Line to Shady Grove Metro Station. From there, take Ride On Bus 63 towards Rockville Station (Monday-Friday) or take Ride On Bus 66 towards Traville Transit (Monday-Friday Rush Hours Only).

There is a Ride On bus stop directly in front of the National Office on both sides of Research Boulevard.
