During this session, Jeffrey P. Regan, MA, ASHA’s director of government affairs and public policy, will provide insight to questions including:
- What does the political landscape look like in the year ahead?
- What impact have the elections, recent political uprisings, and the second impeachment trial of President Trump had on the new Administration of President Biden, Congress, and the states?
- What issues are expected to be debated in Washington, D.C. and in state capitals nationwide?
- How will these issues impact you as audiologists and speech-language pathologists?
- What strategies is ASHA undertaking on behalf of the professions?
